It sucks!  Lately I’ve been feeling no inspiration at all…to do anything-zip, zilch, and lest we forgot…nada!  What perplexes me…why is it I have no inspiration.  Well…let’s perform a little Dr. Todd here:

1. The situation: Work has been going quite well here.  I’m starting to fall into a schedule whereby I really don’t even need my alarm anymore.  Like most full-timers, we all look forward to the weekend…and my, I am sure looking forward to that.  On top of other things work…I’m hoping to picked up a second position to gain me a little extra money.  Very hopefull here that this will occur.  The diagnosis: The tireless want to accomplish things might be pushing me into burn up mode.  I’m living the full-blown adult life now…maybe I’m trying too hard at it (trying too hard to pad against anything that might go wrong).  Or, well, I just don’t know.  All I do know, I’m feeling tired a lot more lately.  The resolve: I need to get my ass in bed earlier!
2. The situation: Bored and passionate withdraw are pulling me away from things I want to do.  I swear that I go through stages where I don’t feel passion for anything I like to do.  I’ve not really felt the urge to start any projects.  The diagnosis: Something needs to light the fire underneath my ass.  The resolve: Get the lighter.

So to sum up the troubles…I’m having trouble with my ass.  It’s not moving and it’s tired a lot.  I really don’t know how to get my ass going right at this moment…maybe it’s rest…maybe it’s fire.

Aside from other things psychi, things have somewhat fallen into a nice mold for a little.  I’m getting the bills under control; the girlfriend and I seem to be doing awesome together; etc etc etc.  I obviously need to get my mind concentrated on something…but right now I don’t know what.

Finally, fresh weekend air.  The Pittsburgh weather for the weekend calls for it to be awesome…cool and sunny.  One good point of news I have to tell…Renee and I picked up a 2002 VW Jetta…and maaaaaaaaan is it nice!  We got the thing for $4000 under invoice.  She’s pretty happy as we both have a car to drive now…so I guess that makes me happy.  However, I have to admit that I’m pretty jealous of the new car :-p.

Other than cars and work I’ve been trying to kick some ass at work.  I guess one could say that I’m finally starting to settle in with the company.  Things are starting to come to me (like where certain pieces of information are), etc.  I’m truly liking it!

Work has been consuming a large amount of my time. Something, I guess, that will be a major part of my life for a long time. Although, I’m having a freaking blast with everything in life right now.
